Delta Nu wins Greek Week Spirit Stick, Fraternal Excellence Awards

Last spring Delta Nu won the Greek Week Spirit Stick with Phi Kappa Psi and Adelante fraternities. The Spirit Stick recognizes the group with the most support and team spirit throughout the week. The group placed fifth in the lip sync contest and received awards for the best supporting cast and best choreography.

The chapter received the Certificate of Merit for Fraternal Excellence from ISU Sorority and Fraternity Engagement and won awards for leadership and friendship excellence. Hannah Johnson received the Carolyn Ullestad Unsung Hero Award for her work as the chapter’s VP of risk management and as VP risk management for Collegiate Panhellenic Council. She worked hard on risk plans to campaign against power-based violence and persevered through personal challenges.

The chapter completed 898 hours of community service for the 2021–2022 school year and raised $3,798.70 philanthropy dollars, excluding Dance Marathon and Polar Plunge.
